Tui Suneo Platja d'Or

We arrived at 2am, we were greeted by very friendly staff who offered us a continental breakfast as we had been travelling and hadn't eaten. The food throughout our entire holiday was outstanding! The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and facilities were fantastic. All the staff were so kind and helpful, and the entertainment team were amazing, both in the day and during their evening performances. Special shout-out to Sarah the Tui rep! They whole team really went above and beyond. Brilliant location too. We would definitely go back to stay in this hotel, it was absolutely perfect.

Great adult only all inclusive hotel. Rooms are basic, could have done with a couple of extra drawers, but clean & comfortable. The entertainment team are amazing. Lots to do if you don't want to lie by the lovely pool all day, games for all ages & abilities. The restaurant is a buffet but generally very good with something for everyone. Friendly, helpful staff in all areas. A short bus ride for €3 takes you into the heart of Alcudia with lots of shops & restaurants, or another 5 mins takes you to the Old Town well worth a visit (if you want to explore without the very busy market avoid Tuesday & Sunday). There are a few shops within walking distance of the hotel including a pharmacy. If the beach is your thing, a very short walk through a little park area takes you right onto the most beautiful beach. Would go back in a flash.

My wife and I stayed at the Suneo Platja d'Or in Alcudia for a much-needed quiet getaway, and overall, we had a lovely time. The hotel being adults-only was a huge plus – peaceful, no kids, and just the kind of break we were after. Food was decent – always a few good options at meal times – and the rooms were clean and comfortable enough. The bed was a little uncomfortable for me, but I travel a lot for work and can be a bit particular when it comes to mattresses, so that’s probably just me. We felt like we were one of the youngest couples there (we’re in our 30s), but that wasn’t a problem at all – the atmosphere was super relaxed, and everyone was friendly. Also, there's plenty to do in the area. A nice 25–30 minute walk takes you down to the port where there are loads of restaurants, shops, and things to see. So you're not stuck at the hotel unless you want to be. All in all, a solid choice if you're after a quiet, adults-only break in Alcudia with easy access to the local area. We enjoyed the big market that was on in alcudia old town

Our family (4 adults) had an amazing stay at this hotel. (4th to the 24th June 2025) On arrival we were greeted warmly by the receptionist. We arrived after the restaurant closed for the night but meats,breads, cheese & drinks were left out for us. The room was basic but clean, it had everything we needed. During our stay the room was cleaned every day, we had clean towels daily, the bed sheets were changed regularly (at least every couple of days) The food in the restaurant was amazing, plenty of choice and well cooked. All the staff we encountered were polite and helpful. We felt valued as patrons. There was a good mix of age groups staying at this adult only hotel. Everybody was friendly and chatty. We would happily recommend this hotel. Well done TUI.

Spent 11 days there. Will definitely go back. All inclusive, so food and drink is included. Bad bits: swipe card to unlock apartment door was rubbish most times. Need to get that sorted. Bad smells from drains quite often. Smokers were polluting the entrance to hotel and even smoking and vaping next to the pools. Good bits: food was very good. Drinks were good measures. Staff were friendly. Restaurant was clean and spacious. Lifts to four upper floors were useful. Books available to read. Pool area nicely presented. Beach just a minutes walk from hotel. Beach was amazing. Water was clear and stunning. Views awesome. Sun loungers on beach €18.20 for all day.

Thery nice 3 star hotel. It's old, but it's clean, quite place with a smiley stuff. Food is good and tasty. The sea is amazing and too close to the hotel. And you can rent only one bed at the beach and not set for two,if you are traveling alone (one bed - 9,1 Euro, set - 18,20 Euro).

Everything was great. Check in was quick and friendly. Rooms small but cleaned daily. Restaurant staff attentive and quick to clear tables. Food varied and tasty. The bar staff friendly and despite the queuing system you were never more than a minute or two waiting. Sarah (TUI rep) was so friendly and efficient. She had trips arranged quickly and lots of communication. Thank you everyone and I hope you all enjoy your winter break after a long busy summer

50 yds to the beach, this hotel couldn't be better placed. Supermarket over the road and a delightful delicatessen/coffee shop next door to that. Lovely hotel. Rooms are adequate and the food is buffet style. Everyone is all inclusive so no wrist bands. Beware the mosquitoes though and take lots of repellent and after bite stuff.
